Workout Day 1

Got a new weight bench got rid of my bed so I would have room for it. Just finished my first real workout in about 8 or 9 years. I'm a weakling now lol. I did three sets on the bench with only 55 pounds didn't feel comfortable doing more than that with out a spotter. Did three sets of curls and three sets of triceps excesses at 35 pounds. Hopefully it won't take to long to start seeing some definition and also being able to increase the weight. Tomorrow is legs.
